Beta program terms
This page supplements our Terms of Service for invited beta testers.
Software status
The service is provided as-is during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. There is no service-level agreement for uptime or support response times.
Feedback
You may choose to submit feedback, screenshots, or recordings. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that feedback to improve the product without owing you compensation.
Data
See our Privacy Policy regarding analytics, session tools, and optional questionnaires (e.g. “biggest pain point” at signup when offered).
Orders, file uploads, and fair use
Beta and paid plans may be described as including unlimited sales orders, quotes, and/or file uploads. Those entitlements are for legitimate print-shop and order-management use only—not for general cloud storage or unrelated bulk hosting.
- Unlimited orders and quotes apply to orders and quotes you create and manage through the service in the normal course of your business.
- Unlimited file uploads apply only to files and images reasonably related to work orders, quotes, artwork, production, fulfillment, invoicing, or other job-related use within the platform.
- You must not abuse these features (for example, storing files unrelated to work orders, automated bulk uploads without a legitimate business purpose, or use that degrades performance for others).
- If we reasonably determine you are abusing unlimited orders or uploads, we may throttle, limit, suspend, or stop your access to the service, with or without prior notice, in addition to remedies under our Terms of Service.
