Items
Items is the shop’s own catalog — not SanMar or S&S. Use it for in-house SKUs, screen charges, setup fees, and blanks you always sell the same way.
What you can do
- Add item — category, title, description, unit type, quantity, rate, color, preview image
- Show in client portal — when invited clients browse My Catalog or local products
- Search and filter by category
- Add category from the item form (default bucket is Uncategorized)
- Edit or delete rows

Supplier styles stay in S&S / SanMar until you decide to save them as local items.
Tips
- Keep titles the way you want them on the invoice (“Screen charge — 1 color” vs a cryptic SKU).
- Rate here is your sell price. When you add from S&S or SanMar, the supplier provides blank cost and then markup is applied.
