Schedule
Schedule is the shop calendar — “what’s due Thursday” without opening every order.
Views
- Month, Week, Day
- Date mode: deadline, start date, or both
- Today, previous/next period
- Optional upcoming-days summary on the page
Each chip is an order (title, hover for client, status, artwork). Click to open the order.
How dates get there
Set Start date and Deadline on New Order or Edit Order. Deadline is prefilled from Settings → Orders Settings default turnaround.
The orders Timeline (Gantt) on Orders is the other date view — drag bars to reschedule, including nested task dates.
Dashboard Order pipeline is this calendar week only (Sunday start), grouped into Quote / Approved / In production / Complete / Other.
Tips
- If the calendar looks empty, check date mode (start vs due) and that orders have dates.
- Pair Schedule with Tasks when people own slices of the job.
