Settings
Settings is pinned in the sidebar. Most edits are company admin only; members can usually view.
General

| Profile | Your first/last name. Email is read-only (contact support to change). |
| Company | Shop name, email, phone, website, address, VAT, logo, default company, theme. Currency for invoices lives here. |
| Sidebar | How many Apps show before More, order, hide/show. Settings stays pinned. |
| Team | Invite Company member or Company admin. Seat cap: 4 members + 3 pending invites. Cancel invites, remove members. |
| Subscription | Your Custom Designer plan and billing portal. |
Orders & catalog

| Orders Settings | Default product markup % (typically 150%), default turnaround for new order deadlines, and supplier free shipping minimum (default $200) used when bundling purchase orders. |
| Order Statuses | Add, color, drag reorder, active/inactive. Required workflow statuses cannot be deleted. Optional: email customer on enter, map Customer order tracker step (1–5), feedback email on Complete. |
| Tasks | Email assignees when a task is assigned (default on). |
| Feedback & reviews | Master switch, Google review URL, delay (days), internal notification email. |
| My Catalog | Categories and products (local + S&S + SanMar) to share into the AI designer. Generate / Rotate / Revoke a public designer link. |
| Quick Quote | Calculator defaults, including names/numbers rates — see Quick Quote. |

Integrations & developer
See Integrations. Settings → Developer has two different credentials:
- Website embed key — safe to paste into your public site. It powers the designer snippet (
#custom-designer) and a client-portal login button (#custom-portal-login). Catalog and chat widgets will use the same key later. Under Website embeds, you can hide the AI Design tab so visitors cannot generate artwork billed to your company (off by default). - API token — treat like a password. Use it on your server for Quick Quote, the public order editor, and outside tools, and paste it into the Gmail & Voice Chrome extension (toolbar popup) so the side panel can look up clients.
- AI Design — company admins can turn off experimental photo restyle and SVG conversion. Prompt-only generation stays available for staff.
